At Urban Carry Holsters, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your everyday carry needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the holster and any accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included and the item is in like-new condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
